The project aimed to ensure the rohingya families to observe fasting during Ramadan could do so with dignity, stability and sufficient nourishment and It also strengthened internal solidarity and encouraged youth-led humanitarian action within the Rohingya community.
The Rohingya refugee community in Cox’s Bazar remains one of the most vulnerable populations in the world and Limited access to livelihood opportuniy and During Ramadan—a month that holds spiritual significance for Muslims—the lack of access to nutritious meals affects the community emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.
The Ramadan Aid Project 2025 had a meaningful impact on the daily lives of Rohingya families and At the time when food assistance continues to decline, RSUR timely helped the rohingya community to meet their basic needs.
RSUR, a grassroots Rohingya-led organization, initiated the Ramadan Aid Project 2025 to provide direct support to families through community mobilization and youth volunteer engagement and The project builds on RSUR’s ongoing efforts to support vulnerable individuals inside the rohingya refugee camps through rapid response and humanitarian assistance.
